Impeachment of President Twist

"The Impeachment of President Twist" was originally published as one of the stories in a comic book entitled Delayed Stress Syndrome Funnies, first self-published in Seattle by the cartoonist Steve Willis in 1982.

As of today, Dec. 1, 2017, this story has several elements that anticipated political events in the era of Donald J. Trump and poses the question: What does the country do when the Commander-in-Chief has a mental breakdown? This story even has a suggestion that the Russians are involved.

Also the coincidence of Twist and Trump having 5-letter surnames starting with the letter "T" makes this even more delicious.
